Online/Hub features may require you to purchase a renewal after a set amount of time (if I had to guess, a year), but all the other features you own forever. The online stuff costs Magix a per-use or monthly fee to use, so it wouldn't make business sense to sell a perpetual license that included permanent access to those features without the need to buy renewals.
