What effect to use?

I have some videos recorded indoors, which I don't like the color of people, it's too artificial.
Can you tell me what technique you use to retouch?

In the past I used the NewBlue Skin TouchUp.

It is a FX and is now part of Essentials volume 3: https://newbluefx.com/products/essentials/volume-3/
A few years ago I bought it as a stand alone extra for Vegas Pro 12

There are several appropriate tools included in Vegas Pro which may serve you well. Threre are two different. White Balance FX, LAB Adjust FX, Color Correct FX, HSL FX and some more.

@j-v , yes Skin Touch Up is great for smoothing out skin tones, if that's what @riu is looking to do. It sounds like it might be more of a white balance issue though? For that you could certainly use our Color Fast plugin which has a very easy to use white balance correction feature.
