PMB is the utility to write to various media types among other things.
I need to write to my Handycam HD XR200v in avchd 1080i format.
When I render my original video (takes 35 minutes for a 2.5 min video) and then load it to the Handycam via PMB it then can take 1.5 hours of "preparing" media files before it exports.
I also note that after processing by PMB the .modd fille is created.
If I upload a video from the handycam, then download it with NO editing the transfer takes about 10 seconds.
If I trim it using PMD, we are back to the same long process.

How can I avoid the "preparation" stage????
Does it have anything to do with faces or smiles??
