What Features do you want in VMS12?

For me its more fully featured masking. I don't know if more tracks would help me and how many can you get before it really competes with VegasPro? I now create my masks in Photoshop and use them in VMS.

I can say that I will upgrade as I've found VMS to be really a fantastic value.....CS6 photoshop and the VMS production suite give me more capability than I can use:)

I want to disable resampling in the main configuration menu, once and for all.

Oh, and I REALLY want to be able to remove pulldown from Canon-flavored PF-24 video, but I realize that's not likely to happen.

I'd love to see some kind of indicator to show me which parts of my timeline need to be rendered in order for my video to play at regular speed, full quality.

I'd like a better cookie cutter tool. It is very irritating moving a shape around a 1920 x 1080 screen with a 210 x 110 box. On top of that, it's not even a 1:1 pixel movement. If you want it to be precise, you actually have to type in coordinates, as smallest mouse movements are 5 pixels each.

The ability to customize shapes would be great too - I know it's a Pro feature but I wouldn't complain if it got added to Movie Studio.

I'd like to see 64 bit support for the Studio editions (if not already supported). PC replacement now long overdue LOL.

rdandrea, a lot of us Vegas Pro users would like the option to globally/permanently disable resampling too!

Hi all, I agree a 64bit version so I can make full use of my 12GB RAM. Secondly I would like subtitle support in the Associated DVDA Studio.

64 bit program
Better masking tools
Render subclips
Improved Chroma Key tool. I also use HItFilm. Their chroma key is so much better then VMS.

Chienworks--I'd be happy if they'd just let us disable it in the project properties.

But ideally, there should be three options: global, per project, and per clip (the way it is now).
