What happened to all of the rendering options in Vegas Pro v23?

What happened to all of the rendering options in Vegas Pro v23? What does a user do if they do not wish to render in Apple ProRes or AV1 (other than return to Vegas Pro v22)?

It took me a while to find them as well in VP-23.. In the Render window, select "Show All Formats"

This has caused quite a bit of confusion. We are looking into a way to make this option much more visible in a future update. The goal here was to simplify and declutter the choices by making the most popular formats available by default, but the option to bring back the other formats is a bit too hidden right now.

It's a good option just needs better visibility.
