What is the best way to record from my computer using Screenblast to my VCR without using a video camera?

This is going to sound kind of old fashioned, but I'm trying to find out how to record videos from Screenblast to my VCR. However, unlike most people asking this question, I don't have a video camera. The two thoughts that I had were to either buy a video card that has a TV Out (Composite out, or s-video converted to composite), or to buy a DVD burner, burn the video to DVD, play the video in my DVD player and record it onto the VHS from the DVD player. Does anyone have any ideas as to which of these methods would be simpler, and which would produce a better quality picture? Also, if I use the idea of sending the video straight from the computer to the VCR, do I need to buy another program to send the signal out of the TV Out, or can I just do that through Windows Media Player, or something like that?
Thanks in advance for the help.

Generally speaking the lower end TV out cards aren't very satisfactory. Maybe they've improved some recently, but most of them seem to display a very squashed (short & fat) image. Most of them work best with an MPEG-2 file rather than an DV file. In that case, you're probably better off burning a DVD and then recording the DVD player's output.

Great, thanks for the help. Does anyone else have any other opinions. btw, the video card that I'm thinking of getting if I go that route is the "MSI nVIDIA GeForce FX5200 Video Card" off of newegg.com.

If I need to print to VHS tape I use the ADS Tech A/V Link. It attaches to your firewire port and captures analog to DV and prints DV back out to analog. It’s around $160.
