Why is there not a simple way to upgrade your subscription from VP 18 to VP 19? I go through the same process each time I upgrade. I have to find someone to send me a link to upgrade....I don't understand how this would help sales??? Anyway... can someone help me? Thanks
I thought the subscription automatically upgraded as long as the subscription is current. That's the point of the subscription - you always have the most current version as long as it is an active subscription.
Yes, absolutely...I maintain the VP18 subscription, but I run into problems upgrading to the new product. Are you saying that it upgrades automatically? I just need to download it??

Untrue, I have a 365 subscription that has VP 18 on it telling me that there is a major upgrade needed. SO, i press to download the major update and after it loads up the major update takes you to BUY VP 19. So, your incorrect in your statement saying YOU SHOULD. In order to get the major upgrade, you need to buy VP 19 in order to get the serial number to activate the major upgrade.

NO THIS IS NOT TRUE! in order to download and install from an active subscription of 365 to go from VP 18 to VP 19 Your subscription serial number that you have for 365 Says the serial number has already been used. so, your wrong You MUST purchase VP 19 to solve this issue. It's obvious to me you may have never had a subscription that goes from one VP 18 to VP 19.

When you download the upgrade and access the download you get an error 24 meaning you need a new serial number to access the upgrade.
Error Code -24:
You will receive the message "Serial number already assigned" or "Error code -24" if the product has already been registered under another e-mail address by you or a previous owner.
First, please check your entered e-mail address for possible typos.
Maybe you registered the program under a different e-mail address during the initial activation? Please use our Service Center to update your data (log in with the old e-mail address and adjust the data).
Are you trying to use a different email address from the one for your subscription to upgrade?

@wally-stall5348 I was able to find your subscription in the system. It is under a different email than the one you used for this forum account. Once you log into the account using the other email address you provided you can install VEGAS 19. I suspect this is also causing the error -24 situation.
