What is the Proper Render Convert from 60p to 30p

I inadvertedly shot 60p and now want the Media converted to 30p.

I've used this to convert:

Here is before at 60p:

Here is after Render to 30p:

Its nasty!

So, VegMiesters, what should I do?

@Marco. - You must get so bored repeating these lines to us? Keep going though. However, I really should know better . . . Yup, that did it. Still not as good as hoped for, but way way better. Thank you Marco.

Before Render at 60p:

After Render at 30p with Dissabled Resampling OFF:

Loads better.

PS: In regard in getting these samples here I did need to keep the Project Settings to reflect that which was the Target - going from Project settings 60p>30p and then 30p> 60p.

I can now smash through all the GBs and conform them to my project.
