What is thought equity motion search?

I see V8 has something called Thought Equity Motion Search included as a download.
Anyone know what this is, I don't want to instal something I don't know anything about.
Strange name!

Ahh, thankyou, the free stuff is basically a "come on".
Oh well at least it was optional and not part of the V8 package.
Would be nice to have had an explanation on the download page.
