I want to buy new license for Vegas Post 20, I missed the previous Continuum offer.Right now I'm waiting for the next offer before purchasing but up until now Vegas keep offering Vegas Post '20'. What is that? And it has the same worth value as the Vegas post package. Should I buy now or wait for the next offer?

This is VEGAS Post 19 and 20 license. You'll receive Post 20 licence when it will be released, somewhere in August.
You will also have to decide if you will be using the features of Post. What it has done is combine Hitflim Pro with Vegas Pro. It's sort of like After Effects for Vegas.
As for other addons that were available in the past, they'll come back, but probably after VP20 is released.
