What is Vegas Pro Edit 365?

I'm looking at my monthly invoice from Magix, and it says VEGAS Pro Edit 365. But when I go to Help, About, it says it's Vegas Pro 22 in the software. Is Pro Edit 365 the same thing? In the Service Center, there's a link to download the "installation program" for Vegas Pro 365 - what do I get if I download and install that program? Is it different from Vegas Pro 22? Then it says "The following activations with this serial number are in use:" and it says "Vegas Pro Suite 22. I'm rather confused.

VEGAS Pro Edit 365 is the subscription version of Vegas Pro of which Vegas Pro 22 is the current version. Other than having greater cloud allowances than the perpetual licence for Vegas Pro22, the program itself is exactly the same whether it be obtained by subscription or a by a perpetual licence.

Re Vegas Pro Suite 22: the absence of '365' in the title suggests that it is a perpetual licence - do you have two purchases of Vegas Pro, one by subscription (Edit 365) and the other by an outright purchase (the Suite)?

You might want to check this with MAGIX at infoservice@magix.net to find what you actually own.

Assuming you started subscribing before 22, "Edit" is the package now known as VEGAS Pro (the basic one). The editing software itself is the same in all packages.

VEGAS Pro Suite is different and costs more:

https://www.vegascreativesoftware.com/us/

VEGAS Pro
+ Mocha VEGAS (Boris FX)
+ SOUND FORGE Pro
+ ACID Pro
+ wizardFX Suite
+ Huge Content Pack

So if you are paying for that you can use all of these programs, too.
