What's a good setup for 01V and PC multitrack recording

I am currently using a Yamaha 01V and a turtle beach
pinnacle sound card with Acid Pro and Vegas Pro. I can only
record 2 tracks at a time. I would like to connect the
Mixer to the PC and get more simultameous tracks. It looks
like the Yamaha soundcards are not a good option. Is anyone
out there using the AES/EBU slots for a PC connection. Is
this a possibility using Sonics software?
Any feedback will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Bill

I use an 01v with a Soundscape Mixtreme card and Vegas as well as
Acid and all are happy together. Just had a new P3 700 mhz PC built
and migrated this setup to it and this combo screams. BTW since the
mixtreme offers 16 i/o I also use their 8x breakout box...one day I'd
like to add another 01v to replace it, but since I often deliver on
Tascam DA88 tapes this works fine.
