I'm making some animations in FLASH MX and would like to know what would be the best utilization of frame rates in Flash to show inside Movie Studio (29.97 fps).

I've done a few running flash at 30fps but it comes across very very glassy smooth looking and doesn't have that real feel to it.

Any takers?
