Well, imo it's not a Sony 32x/10x/40x. I have one of these, it does not support writing before track one and it takes about 4 or 5 reboots just to get vv3 to burn an audio cd with it. Easy cd creator burns on it just fine though. I would be interested as well in what is a descent burner for working with making audio cd's.
