whats in heavens name is the difference between event, track or output FX????( video FX, not audio)

Event FX affect ONLY the event to which it is applied.

Track FX affect EVERYTHING on the whole TRACK (all events on that track will be affected)

Output (Project) FX affects the entire PROJECT. EVERY event would be affected.

It's all a matter of scope.
