@shy-a Hi, there's many people here willing to help but more info is needed & a better screen shot, press the Start button on your desktop - Windows Accessories - Snipping Tool, once open choose Window snip in the /Mode tab, this will let you take a full screen shot & you can capture a pic of the render & project settings, then post on here as you have done that pic,

Also details about what type of media you're using, there's a tool called MediaInfo, download it, it's free https://mediaarea.net/en/MediaInfo
After downloading, right click on the media in your Windows folder, open MediaInfo, choose Text from the View option, select all, copy & paste in a comment here,

If you can read this link & share your PC specs, these can be found by right clicking on the Taskbar at the bottom of the screen - Taskmanager - Performance tab, share the full name of the Processor (CPU), the graphics card GPU & the amount of RAM (Memory)

During render.

Before render

@shy-a Thanks for adding that, can you remove Device ID & Product ID from your comment, that's personal info that shouldn't be shared 👍

Does your PC have a GPU ? right clicking on the Taskbar at the bottom of the screen - Taskmanager - Performance tab,

That MediaInfo looks fine to me, you shouldn't have a prob but

a pic of the project settings

Also a Full screen shot is more useful than the small pics to get an idea of what your doing, Inc the FX window

& the render settings you're using 👍

@shy-a Thanks can you open the Customize Template options like in the pic above & share that pic

Also if you click this button in the pic blow which opens Pan/Crop & share a pic like mine, if your using the Snipping tool you can choose Rectangle mode,

Your prob is the default render option is 16:9, your project is 9:16, but the info in the two pics asked for is needed Thanks

@shy-a here's a pic of aspect ratios, width (horizontal) always comes first, then height (vertical)

Your project is UHD 2160 x 3840 (9:16) but your render settings are HD 1920 x 1080 (16:9)

You should match your render settings to your project settings, ideally 2160 x 3840 project - 2160 x 3840 render, you are rendering at a lower resolution, but that's ok as long as the render is the correct aspect, you need to set it to 1080 x 1920 (9:16) not 1920 x 1080. (16:9)

@shy-a 👍 click the Frame Size, choose Custom settings, then type 1080 in the width box & 1920 in the height box

PS, the Frame Rate of your project is 60 but the render is at 29.97, these should be the same but for now get the pic right first 👍

@shy-a 👍

Magix AVC will only let you change the aspect up to 1080 x 1920, it won't do 2160 x 3840,

so if you want 2160 x 3840 you'll have to use Magix HEVC
