When Launched, CDA does not show up in front

Normally, when I am in a program and I launch another program the latter program shows up in front of the program that is already running.

When I launch CD Architect, I can see that its icon indicates the program has opened on my Quick Launch bar at the bottom of the screen, but I need to click on that icon in order for the program to show in front of the other programs.

thoughts?

If you click an open window after setting off the launch of CDA, the clicked window will be in front.

If you have Windows set for window focus to follow cursor, that could explain it.

Else it's an odd one ! How are you opening it, from Satrt Menu, double-clicking and icon, or from within Sound Forge ?

I launch it from the quick launch bar at the bottom of the screen. It is the only program on the quick launch bar that does not show up in front of the other program windows, however I get the same results if I click on CDA in the list of programs.
