When Using BCC Title Studio (Pointed Arrow .bsp) it messes Audio Sync

Robert-Canavan wrote on 5/1/2020, 3:59 PM

Good Afternoon!

First post. For give me if I Do it wrong.

I am trying to render a video of a Church service about an hour long. Audio and video were recorded using OBS and are fine outside of Vegas 17.

When I import and use lower 3rd from BCC ( specifically Title Studio pointed arrows orange . bsp) it causes the audio to unsync from the video. After the lower 3rd fades the audio works well again. Any ideas?

Project 1920x1080x32, 24.

Mp4: 5.76gb 1920x1080 30.fps 192kbps 48khz

thank you in advance!

Welcome to the forum.

That Title Studio problem does seem strange. The only thing that readily comes to mind is that the frame rate of Title Studio doesn't match the frame rate of your media. In Title Studio, check the frame rate under Edit/Project Settings - along with other settings as well - to make sure that those settings match your Vegas Pro project settings and media specs.

Failing that, there is an alternative method of using Title Studio in Vegas Pro assuming that you are currently adding Title Studio as an FX directly to the video event, and that is to place a black solid color from the Media Generators on a track above the video event and add Title Studio as an FX to the black solid color. The length of the solid color is adjustable, and fade in/out can be applied using the fade handles in the same way as applies to any other video event on the timeline.
