Where are the 1001 sound affects?

I bought Vegas Movie Studio than a few hours later bought the upgrade (Platinum Pro Pack )

All downloads because I'm in Japan.

Can't find the 1001 sound affects.
It was a big reasons I upgraded.

Sent a support email two times and never got a response. It's been a week. (If this happened in Japan, heads would roll)

Can anyone assist me in finding these sound effect files promised on the sales page of the upgrade?

The sound effects aren't available for download, they're only available on the installation disc. You can get the disc from SONY for free, but you'll have to pay shipping & handling charges. Customer support can help you obtain in.

Customer support does not respond to my emails using their form mail. I was even a good boy and filled out all boxes.
