Where are the render templates?

I was trying some different render options from a .vf timeline that started as 720 HD .MOV clip which I then converted to a MP4. Okay so far...

When I went to select a render option the program said I could not render that way because I had not selected a render template. Well there was just no way I could find to choose the template option for those render specs.

Is it because those are not supported in the Platinum version?
I read the Help text on render templates but that info did not help much.

I am using Vegas Movie Studio Platinum HD 11.0.

What gives?

Hope you can help.

Thanks,
Bill

In the render screen, try scrolling down. It is easy to miss.

Thanks for the tip, I have scrolled down and that's where those options
would normally show up.

In the Render As dialog, there are two checkboxes about a third of the way down the screen. Make sure "Show Favorites Only" isn't checked. That will really limit your choices.

I will certainly double check that box when I return home tonight.

Hi - I did not have the "Favorites Only" checked.
I found out the problem. You must select the little black arrows to the far left of the main
render choices. This displays all the various render templates.
I thought the arrows were just to help you zero in on that render choice.

Sorry me dummy.
