Where do I find the Tracking Motion tool? NVIDIA or AMD video card?

I have two questions about Movie Studio 17.
The first is about the tool that exists in Vegas Pro: Tracking Motion. It is very useful for scaling photos and videos, but I didn't find it in Movie Studio. Is it exclusive to Vegas Pro?
And as for the second, which of these two video cards is best optimized for Vegas: NVIDIA RTX 2060 or AMD RX 5600XT? Which one has a better performance to render?

Yess, but "normal" tracking is available as an option in the Bezier Mask FX

I think there are no much users who can compare that because it is very unlickely they have both on the same machine.

I think the OP may be referring to Track Motion, not Motion Tracking. In which case, it is available in Movie Studio Platinum.

I am using the basic version of Movie Studio and it does not have this tool. I will have to migrate to the Platinum version!
