I find myself in need of switching PC's and would really like to be able to move all my saved settings and such with me...would really love not re-doing all of the little fx's and such. Please advise...
Which ones?
All of them...all the saved presets, session settings, all the preferences/options ect. That has got to be saved in some file somewhere...or else you'd have to reset them every time you open the program.

There's also many items in
C:\Users\Username\AppData\Local\Movie Studio Platinum\14.0.
Personally if I was installing VMS on a new pc I'd start from scratch other than using the OFX Presets and Render Templates Cornico mentioned. This ensures a clean install. But then I keep a file (on pc and printed) of my alterations and preferences.
