where has video gone? V9c

Having got 9c (64bit) working under Windows 7, I find that when I drop a NeoHD clip onto the timeline I see only the audio. The clips play in WMP. Remind me whether this is a known problem, or whether there is a fix. Not a problem using 9c under Vista on the laptop. I haven't been spending much time here, so probably have missed the intelligence.

This isn't a Vegas issue. This is what happened before Cineform released a 64-bit version of their codec. Make sure you have the latest version of NeoHD installed. If you do, open up a ticket with Cineform.

I have NeoScene working fine with Windows 7 and Vegas 9c (64-bit).

Thanks. Believe I do have the latest version of NeoHD v3, but maybe need v4.
