where's my audio

after i edit my video and after it is rendered, there is no audio along with the video, why? it does this every time i go through the render process which takes all night and when i put my rendered video on my cloud, there is no audio, again, why?

Make sure the audio track is NOT muted.

None of the DVD or Bluray templates include audio. That's by design, so you render a separate audio file.
In order to dig deeper we would need to see complete media and render properties.
