Sorry to be a nuisance, but I can no longer initiate the velocity envelope. If I start with a new, empty project and drag an AVI event onto the timeline, an Opacity envelope is there by default and this is the [white] line that appears when you drag down from the top of the event.
If I right-click the event and select Insert/Remove Velocity Envelope, that menu option is checked but nothing else happens. There is no blue line to drag down.
I am obviously a newbie to VV, so can anyone point out why - some other setting perhaps that is defeating the Velocity function?
