Where to configure capture to different HD

I can't find this anywhere in the program or the help menus in VV or the Capture Help menu. I want to change the desitanation of the DV capture. Can someone let me know. It's so discouraging when it's such an easy task and you can't find the answer. hahaha.

Once you've stared the capture program, choose the Options menu, Preferences, then Disk Management tab. You can add or delete folders there.
