Where To For Questions, Issues, Etceras?

Since Vegas Pro 14 Suite is really a collection of capabilities somewhat integrated, where is the best, single (or does it even exist?) place to go for q, I, e's that are not specifically Vegas 14 (i.e. Boris CC, Mercalli)? Example: finally got a sorta handle around BCC MatchMove, and, unless I'm missing something, it's a problematic effect due mostly to its requirement for a custom compositing mode. Anything else affecting that timeline is affected by that requirement. For example, keying in background fails. As far as I can tell, one must use it either in a simple manner or in an isolated manner then rendering the result which can then be taken in as a not custom compositing mode. (If I go to the Boris site, I don't find a forum: you get a choice of FAQ or Open A Case.) If I've overlooked something, point me!

For issues regarding plugins for Vegas (particularly interoperability issues) it has been customary to discuss them in this forum, and in any other forum that may seem appropriate. Your first port of call should probably be the main forum or customer service for the plugin, however. If you don't get satisfaction in your first forum, try another. There can be no hard guarantee, of course, that you will find satisfaction anywhere.

I think it is just pie in the sky to hope for one site that will solve everything

Thanks Nick. I actually started this post in The Cow but decided to pound the pavement and see where things were vis a vis support for Suite products. Time to go mooooo );
