Which AMD Radeon R9 390 to get?

My video card died today (fan). Most everyone here agrees the AMD Radeon R9 390 with 8GB is one of the best cards fro Vegas Pro particularly cards by Sapphire or ASUS. Unfortunately, that doesn't narrow down the field much. I am overwhelmed with the number and price differences between what I think are identical cards.

I can only find "used" cards which I assume means no one is making these cards anymore. Below are two cards I selected as possibilities. At this point, if someone wants to send me a link to a particular card from a particular vendor that they know works well in Vegas Pro, I'll just go with it. I'm getting overwhelmed by all the hype from what appears to be identical cards and I want to get back to editing, I've been fixing PCs for decades, now I just want to edit.

BTW, I shoot and edit 4K media. I'm willing to pay as much as $600.

EDITED UPDATE: Upon further research on this forum, it appears my Radeon 390 proposal was based on an old thread, it appears the forum is now suggesting the Radeon RX 480. My question still remains, is there a specific card from a specific vendor that works well ... Got Link?
