I highly recommend the Canopus ADVC-100. Bi-Directional flow, easy access to connections if you're going to be changing players in and out. Check out http://www.canopus.com/index.asp to find a dealer. There wasn't one really close to me, but the guy I hooked up with in Roanoke was very service-minded and shipped to me very quickly.
