Which MPEG2 codec in SB3?

I'm thinking of upgrading from VF2 to Screenblast. Can anyone tell me which mpeg2 codec is included in Screenblast? Is it the Main Concept codec? Does it do a quality job?

The Main Concept MPEG codec is also used in Screenblast Movie Studio. It is the same codec that is in our other programs.
