While rendering V6 crashes, V5 doesn't; Why?

If you are using Media Manager, as a test, try disabling it. See if it works better. V5 doesn't have Media Manager. - G

What is your Vegas 6 ram preview set to? Try lowering that number and see if that helps. The default is 16.
