It's unlikely that a LUT will work because it affects the entire image - if you use a LUT to correct the color of teeth, that same LUT will do likewise to the rest of the image which may end up with the rest of the image being adversely affected.
BTW, a LUT is not usually used to color correct; rather, it is used to add a 'look' after color correction has been applied.
If it's only teeth that need color correction, you may need to look at a plugin that masks the teeth - something like BorisFX's Beauty Studio OFX plugin. Using masking in that plugin via its included Mocha planar tracking feature means that movements (reasonable) can be tracked limited to just the teeth.
