So if you purchased Movie studio who is looking after the support of this? eg with updates you click update and you get redirected to a screen that wants to sell you more products.
I have avoided Magix products as there not for Pro's plus Magix just keep wanting to sell sell sell every year the same product
I bought this software in good faith now there is no product support
Magix owns the Vegas video products now, so any updates and support will come from them. Right now there are probably no updates because they are still transitioning.
Well they need to oficially confirm this instaed of trying to sell it me again

From this thread and your other thread, you have the answer. There is no meaningful update currently available for Sony Movie Studio 13 Platinum. There most likely will not be any future updates at this point, it will most likely be an upgrade. The next upgrade issue for this software will be Magix Vegas Movie Studio 14 scheduled for release in February, 2017.
If you need support on your current version 13, this is the place to post your problems so other members here can assist with a possible solution.
