I've recently accidentally edited my whole video in split screen view (select all) and when I render it, it renders without split screen which shifts the whole video out of proportion. Is there are to fix this so it can render using split screen??

Not sure what exactly your problem is. Are you saying you had the preview split screen set to ALL and didn't see any FX applied and now it renders with all FX applied?
If by split screen you mean that you see the effects on one half of the screen only, that is just to help you compare the effects you have made to the original. It is not an effect by itself and is only applied to the preview, so the render always shows the effect in the full frame.
If you actually want to render one half with the effect and one without, you would need to have two separate but identical tracks, then apply the effects on one track but not on the other. And you would need to apply a mask, so you would see the left half (or top half, or whatever) of one track and the other half of the other track.
Alternately, you could mask half of a track, so the effects would only apply to the masked area, but I think the above method (two tracks) is simpler.
No it wasnt my plan to use split screen at all. When I found out it was set on the right side of the preview I removed it, to see the effect fully. But with me turning the split screen off, the video shifted a bit to bottom right (as if the center of the video had been moved) and messed up some of my text (made with effect).
The video is only the way I intended it to be when split effect is set to all. I tried rendering it with the split screen set to all, but the finished mp4 is also moved and text disoriented.
I cannot fix the video otherwise than setting the split screen to all...

I think you are confusing something. Split screen off doesn't mean that the FX doesn't get applied, you just don't see it in the preview but it will still be rendered.
Here's what happens when I disable split screen (first pic) vs. what was supposed to be normal (split screen all). I'm really confused here as well. It wasn't my intention to use split screen at all. I just realised the only thing I could do to get my video back to normal was to turn on full split screen. It renders the video like the first pic....
