Why are built-in Vegas Pro Media Generator text samples out of range?

I color correct all my video clips, and insure luminance values are within 0 to 100 range. If keeping luminance in 0 to 100 range is important, why are the built-in Vegas Pro Media Generator text samples out of range. Am I supposed to go through all my text events and correct luminance. See attached screenshot.

Thanks in advance,

I'm afraid you did the "Scope settings" wrong.

Even if, videos accept super "black and white"(mostly camera imgs and CGs).

If you won't work in a mode like 8 bit full you need to put generated media and images on their own tracks and apply a computer to studio RGB levels Fx at the track level.
