Why are the sides cut off when rendering?

I have just made 8 videos all with the same format - 1920*1080 - with no issues.

As I then proceed to the 9th video - with the exact same settings - Vegas cuts the sides off when rendering. WHY?

I have attempted to create a new from scratch
I have attempted to click match source
I have attempted to click match output

All videos have been recorded in the same manner - so why does this happen?

Never had this issue before on Sony Vegas 11

It is a video of Excel - so all the row numbers can't be seen as well as part of column A

The steps I followed:

Insert intro video - short animation - drag and drop

Insert instructional video - drag and drop. Was promted if I wanted to match source and I clicked Yes.

I then clicked - make movie - as MP4 FHD.

As it had rendered I replaced the instructional video part with the next instructional part and clicked Make movie.

This worked fine for the first 8 videos and I proceeded with the 9th (actually made a total of 12 more this way) and this stuff happened.

Just tested the video without the intro - it still loses the sides upon "make movie". But in the preview window it looks just fine

can you show a screen capture of before and after? You hadve different resolutions. The first is 1920 x 1040 and the second is 1920 x 1080.

hey I changed the render options to match the video - 1920*1040 and it works! Thanks for your help!!!!
