Well, let's digest what happened...

The problem was too many activations -- had you tried to activate the product before?

Could the vendor who sold you this software had registered it themselves, previously?

Customer Service is a great way to go -- hopefully they will discover if anyone ELSE has "registered" the software using your #.

This may all be obvious, but I hope it helps.

BTW, using your e-mail address as your username (thereby putting it on the web in plain text) is a great way to get spammed...
