Why Doesn't Vegas Pro 13 Remember the Size of my Trimmer window?

It seems like such a simple thing. Every time I open VP 13 and open a trimmer window it is a teenie, tiny little box. Then trying to grab the edge of the window and resize takes three or four tries! Maddening!

Thoughts? (I am sure I am missing something - please enlighten me.)

It should save it but you could try sizing it correctly and saving it as a layout.
