Hello everyone, it's been awhile since I posted on here, I just wanted to say I tried After Effects for 2 months for tiktok style edits but unfortunately my quality and workflow was terrible in it. I mean yeah it was ok my quality but it had a black fuzz on the black solid so I switched back to Vegas Pro.
I have tried all the video editing Software out there since I've been editing since 2013, sure I used movie studio platinum 12/15/17 for years but I wanted to try others as well, I tried premiere pro for a bit but that was too much the timeline, I tried capcut back in 2022 and 2023 and that got me to 1k subscribers on one channel, but then I figured it how to get the plugins for Vegas. Yes the cracked versions not crazy enough to pay for alot of that. (Vegas is paid for) Lol. Everyone uses cracked versions but anyways, kept going back and forth between softwares for years I tried davinci resolve but that was confusing as heck, I got used to AE after 15 tries made several edits BUT as I said in the beginning quality wasn't good.
And recently I moved back to Vegas Pro, it's like so easy to me than any other software out there, I still haven't fully mastered it yet though. But since I don't have any urges to try any other software anymore since I got after effects out of the way now. I can finally go all out on edits.
Here's one for an example, I shared. Also it saddens me that in every video out there when people talk about editing softwares for edits they don't have Vegas, sure the previous versions crashed alot but so does every other software, Vegas is underestimated when it comes to using Sapphire, BCC, Twixtor, Ignite, and Vegasuar(Paid) which I got to use auto beat. Oh and there is also a flow graph plugin like in AE which is so good to have! Heck I even made my own deep glow and Glitchify effect in it. And Deep glow as you can see in the video. Like I saw one video where someone texted each software for tiktok edits and no Vegas Pro, though there's one tutorial channel and editor who still uses it but I guess it's in my power to do the same to try to keep it alive I only scratched the surface with Vegas. I can't wait to use it more than I did ever before.
I also use Vegas Pro 22 since for some reason 23 has a huge black edge when I brought in my topaz rendered video. I hope they fix that.
Vegas Pro User for life though. Lol. 🙏 Thanks for reading.
