Why is my capture split into clips?

I'm trying to capture a whole tape. When I get done with it, the result is split up into clips. Why is this? I just want it to capture the whole thing without being split up.

Look under Tools>Preferences>Capture and disable "Automatic Scene Detection." Also look at "Scene Detection" on the Help menu for more information.

Should give you what you want.

In Capture, Preferences Disk Mgt. Also look at the setting for Max Size per DV clip. Under Capture, see if DV Scene Detect is enabled.
