Do you have the .sfvidcap file generated by the Video Capture applet?

Otherwise, is it a file you captured, or one you generated in Vegas?

The .sfvidcap is gone but I did capture it. Usually one can just rgt-click and choose recapture right?

Not without the .sfvidcap file. That's how Vegas knows what to recapture.
