widescreen and menu problems

I working in a project in DVDA and rendering a menu, reception, and service in mpeg-2 NTSC Widescreen Video Stream with Dolby Digital AC3 all at 720x480x32 29.9 fps. When I load them into DVDA the menu isn't in Widescreen. It looks squished.

Any ideas? What am i doing wrong?

Are your settings correct under optins/preferences/preview tab??
Same with project/properties/aspect ratio??
