Will Vegas share my soundcard with Reason

Got a Terratec DMX 6fire 24/96 soundcard. Vegas seems to want to totally hog the soundcard to itself. I'm using the "ASIO for DMX 6fire 24/96" driver (with Reason patch).

I'd love to be able to route other software through it at the same time. In particular Reason, Musicmatch jukebox, Windows Media Player.

Does anyone know if this is possible? Someone mentioned full duplex drivers but I don't know if these exist or where to find them.

Try: Options > Preferences > General and make sure Close audio and MIDI ports when Vegas is not the active application is checked. This should make Vegas free up the ports. I agree if the drivers are not full-duplex than this won’t work.

Just checked and I already had that option set. Looks like full duplex is just not an option on this card :-(
