Win XP 64 bit? VST 32- 64 bit "bridge"?

Quick questions:

1) Do any versions of Vegas run in windows XP64 Pro?
2) Which 64bit versions of Vegas can run 32 bit VSTs? (particularly the room tuning ARC plugin)
3) Do we have the ability to write time stamped BWF files from Vegas yet?

Vegas Pro on Windows XP x64 operating system

8.1 and 9.0.
ARC is a VST, so it should.

3) Do we have the ability to write time stamped BWF files from Vegas yet?
No.
