Some wind noise is very difficult to get rid of. If it's the rumble type (most common), open up the eq that's the track, and pull down #1 (the low bass) so it's removing almost everything below 200 hz. You'll need to pull it all the way down and a little to the right.

Or try the multi-band dynamics which has a preset for plosives that can work for wind, too. Less agressive overeall than EQ as it only acts on the sound when the wind is there, leaving it alone otherwise.
