Windows 10 Icon position / arrangement save

Anyone have a recommendation application for saving Desktop icon positions / arrangements?

I have quite a lot of icons arranged on my desktop, and many times after GPU update (ATI Crimson update), the icon arrangement got messed up - and I need to rearrange them again manually, by referring to a previous desktop screenshot, but doing so took quite a time...

So, love to know if there are any suggested little app that able to 'restore' any saved icon arrangement position.

Thank you - the DesktopOK work perfectly, and extremely small app.

Icon-Restore, as seen on comments, said didn't work on Win10...

Thanks for those tips DonaldT. I also clicked the "THANKS" at the bottom of your answer and it seems I'm the only one who has so far since it only shows "1". I wonder why some others can't be bothered to click the "THANKS" as well. Guess they're too busy.
