I have tried to run Video Capture on my newly installed
windows 2000. The software freezes anytime it tries to
capture any kind of an image. I uninstalled and
reinstalled. Then replaced the software twice. I also tried
two other makes of video capture software which also freeze
on start up. Is This an inherent problem with win 2000.

My system is pentium 2 400mhz 512mb ram 20gb hard disk.

Any help would be greatly appreciated
