windows can't open file

Help!! I have been working on a new video project and when I save my work and go back to my saved work, windows says it can't open the file because it doesn't know who created it? The file is sfvidcap. What do I do?

I believe that VMS files have a file extension of .vf (assuming you have windows configured to let you see the file extension). In any event, sfvidcap is most probably not the file you want to open - you want to open the file with the name that you saved your project too.

Another way would be to just launch VMS, then in the File menu drop down at the bottom should be your most recently saved project.
