Windows cannot find VMSPEUUpdate.exe

VMS V16 Bld 142 on Win10 Pro invites me to update. Agreement initiates approx 500MB download. Installation proceeds to nearly the end but then stalls with message "Windows cannot find C:\Users\tomha\AppData\Local\Movie Studio Platinum\16.0\VMSPEUUpdate.exe" I have searched the whole PC for that file with no luck. Any advice much appreciated.

Go to your Magix account and download from there by hand the version that shows up there.
Also install by hand that update.
