Is there a way to add support for new codecs with VA2 ??

Also looking for guidelines for preparing avi files for conversion to streaming video.
Im basically doing "talking heads" want to get best possible source for encode . thinking of normalizing,compressor, and dropping all audio below 80hz and above 10,000 hz using some kind of equalizer.

Would love to hear opinions and suggestions
